Achievement is something that we all want, whether it be to do with our fitness goals, career or personal lives. We all want to achieve our goals right? But what is achievement? What is considered an achievement and how is it quantified.
The answer is different for everyone. We all have different aspirations and goals and therefore cannot be judged on a linear basis. What some individuals classify as almost routine or ‘going through the motions’, others would be over the moon with!

Plan: Go through what you expect from your performance. Whether its gym based, cardio or even a team sport. Plan your route to success.
Do: Perform your discipline as best you can.
Analyse: What happened? Did it go to plan? If not, why not? What could have been better?
Modify: After analysis, identify the areas you need to change in order to increase your performance levels and implement them into a new Plan. And so the cycle starts all over again.
If you repeat this cycle, you are more likely to achieve your goals no matter how big or small they may be!
